Contact consent

Effective September 4, 2026

This is the plain-English version of the consent you give when you submit the quote form or finish Lily’s pre-check. We show it here so you can read it without a form in the way, and so you know how to change your mind.

The wording you agree to

By clicking Submit, you agree that AskLily and participating licensed insurance agents may contact you at the phone number and email you provided about insurance, by phone, text/SMS, or email, including using automated or AI-assisted technology where permitted. Consent is not required to purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

In chat, Lily asks the same thing in her own words. Either way, we only proceed if you clearly agree; silence is never treated as consent.

What it means in practice

How we keep the record

Each time you agree, we store the exact wording shown to you, a fingerprint of that wording, the time in UTC, your IP address, your browser, and the page you were on. That record exists to protect you: it shows what you agreed to, and it lets us honor an opt-out reliably.

How to stop contact

Opting out of texts does not stop calls or email unless you say so; ask for “all channels” and we’ll do that.
